Whinlatter and Grizedale Forest closures

For the information of anyone planning activations that require access through Whinlatter or Grizedale Forest in the Lake District next Saturday, many access routes in these forests will be closed except to spectators of the Malcolm Wilson Rally which takes place on that day and parking in the surrounding area may be hard to find as well.

I have done lots of mountain biking in Grizedale forest. Started before my son was born and he’s 12 now. I must remember to put my VX7R in my rucksack next time we’re up there and activate G/LD-048 Top O’Selside.
