Here are the early results of the W7A s2s Event of January 20th in Arizona. This event coincided with the ARRL VHF Contest on Sunday morning, January 20th.
It looks like we had 22 operators on the air from 15 SOTA summits, and three operators on two more Summits could not get into the activation zone of their chosen summit. All three operators decided to operate the s2s Event from near the Activation Zone anyway to give out contacts and contest points.
So far we show over 800 contacts for this event.
To say it was busy would be a big understatement.
