W7A Association Manager Transfer

I’ve been W7A association manager for a little over a year now.
My motivation was to increase the number of qualifying summits from 119 to over 2000. W7A now needs a person with greater interest in promoting W7A through social media and other means.

Pete Scola WA7JTM is W7A’s recent mountain goat and he has agreed to take over as W7A association manager.

It was very rewarding being involved in SOTA and increasing the size of W7A. Pete has a number of ideas to develop W7A even further.

Thanks for all your W7A SOTA efforts. Pete, WA7JTM, is a good choice to succeed you. He got me into SOTA almost a year ago and has been the biggest cheerleader I’ve seen. Because of him, many more have come down with this addiction! I know Pete will do a great job. Congrats to both of you.
