As luck would have it, VK1 will have three 23cm activators out on the peaks Saturday morning local time (2330 UTC). While Andrew VK1AD on Mt Gingera VK1/AC-002, Andrew VK1DA at Mt Mundoonen VK2/ST-053 and Al VK1RX at Mt Coree VK1/AC-023 are setting up their respective SG-LAB 2.5 watt 23cm transverters, Compton VK2HRX will be some 190 km north on Mt Wanganderry VK2/IL-003 with 18 elements and a 10 watt 23cm Icom rig. Signal paths are looking good for three 23cm S2S contacts 
In VK, getting four activators on 23cm at the same time is a great result!
Not to be forgotten, our recent newcomer to SOTA, Bill VK1FWBK will be activating Mt Ginini VK1/AC-008 on 40m CW/SSB and 2m FM. Bill should easily clean up the S2S contacts on 2m FM.
