Hello everyone,
This time we - that is Diana, Kathrin and myself - went on a 4 day hike near the Nationalpark Kalkalpen from mountainhut to mountainhut. A loop that I partially did already in 2017 and extended quite a bit.
Forest trails, ridge walks and a short scramble combined with sun and the occasional rain made it a great escape from the usual routines.
Delicious food, cold drinks and sunsets at the huts were enjoyed too. End of May it was still relatively quiet at the hut as some had just opened for the season.
In total we did 47 km and 3194 m of ascend and descent so it was a good training too 
SOTA highlight was a DX QSO with FY5KE
