Yes it is , when put it on a 2m 70cm vertical it does twitch yes snd if click the higher power setting switch it does twitch then but the power needle does not move .

Ha ha yes , its a tad on the long side , but im not sure yet in the final mounting it may be higher .
Coax is rg8x or know as mini8
