Ok, I give up. I was never good at Hide & Seek as a kid anyway.

Exactly how did Richard G1JTD/P activate G/NP-032 Cracoe Fell the same day (27/03/11) that Neil M3UNG/P and I did, yet we never saw him or met him on the descent? When I activate this summit I se-up at the opposite side of the wall to the Obelisk on top of the rocky/grassy bit at the highest point.

I know he activated after us so there may be another route for this hill. If you saw us Richard, I was the guy with the limp!

Clue:- think approaching direct or using the ascent using part of the former, now defunct, summit route.

pps:- I still haven’t done this one which is very local to me :frowning:

I met Steve G1INK on my ascent of Cracoe Fell a couple of years ago. I remember him saying that he thought the route up via Thorpe was quicker. Unfortunately I never activated the now defunct summit.
