Me too, especially ones without a flapping mirror. The 3.5F is nice, but this is more trail friendly, albeit at 1.5kg!

Mamiya. That’s the brand I was thinking of! Nearly got one a few years ago but prices were fairly strong for used units that needed a bit of TLC.
Anyway, thanks for inadvertently jogging my memory about Mamiya cameras.
Good to see traditional photography enthusiasts here. My default process is Hasselblad with Planar, TriX 400 bathed in Rodinal for 5 mins or so. Despite years of trying I haven’t been able to replicate the results I’m getting this way using any digital process. Apps, Lightroom filters, artificial grain, lens simulations, there has always something off. Apart from that look I’m after, digital process is better in every way. But for that Planar look I’m coming back to the analog process every now and then, especially for portraits.
Some summits are summertime only, I’m constantly amazed how there can be so much ground water so high up.
My favorite camera to bring on hikes as of late has been the “Horizon” swing lens panoramic camera.
TriX will forever be my favorite film stock.
