Tuning Up on the Frequency!

Today, poor VE2DDZ/P working from VE2/ML-005 was wiped out for about 30 seconds by some Muppet tuning up on the frequency. The noise was totally ear piercing!

Tuning up on the frequency is all to common even though it`s not acceptable!

Unfortunately Mike this is a common occurrence on all bands now and it is deliberate qrm caused by non participating operators.73 Don.
