This morning , I think the Sun is playing games, as 40 metres was being pretty tricky, with quite a bit of QRN and serious QSB, but signals on it were readable at times, and I did just catch one TM2IF summit on 40 metres. 20 metres to the same summit was much better, still with QSB, but so much clearer. Thanks.

(Over the last couple of months the WRC-15 section of 60 metres has had hideous continuous QRM here which has made that band almost useless for contacts into Europe.)

HI,

This week there were two days of activation in TM2IF.

The results are very positive with 372 contacts on the different modes and frequencies.

What makes an accumulation over 4 activations days of
1066 contacts.

I tried yesterday in SSB all bands from 40 M to 10 M
On 7, 14, 18, 21, 24 and 28 Mhz and on all bands I made good contacts such as @D44PM (Cape Verde) on 15 M.

Thank 's to all of you chasers, and of course to our activators in the field @F6HBI Gérald, @F6IPR Fred, @F5JKK Eric, @F5LKW Roger and his Sherpa Dog Nioky

Next TM2IF activation on Friday May 13

See you soon on the air

Thank you for the s2s contact.

I use examples such as this to demonstrate to newcomers to amateur radio that you don’t need kW and massive antennas to achieve DX contacts, as your 10W and simple wire antennas often prove.

Thanks to you Alain and your fellow activators for this memorial to Guru.

Thank you for the 60m CW QSO today from FL/VL-036. My first QSO on 60m! The signal from Christian was a genuine 599 but my QTH was near Limoges so not too far away.
