SOTAwatch - EI Summit Info

Hi Jon

EI summit locations are given as Ordnance Survey Ireland 6 figure grid references in the EI ARM. In the SOTAwatch summit information the location is given as Lat. Long. Would it be possible to make SOTAwatch consistent with the ARM and use OSI grid references?

One for the task list?

A fair bit of effort was put into generating the Lat/Long information, so that all summits world wide could use a consistent coordinate system. Amongst other things, this makes it relatively easy to compute distances.

That being said, displaying the local coordinate system in addition would seem to me to be a good idea.

Exactly. Just like G, GM, GW, GD, GI

EI seems to be the only association that defines summits positions in the ARM using a system that is not supported in SOTAwatch - hence my request.
