Hightop (W4V/SH-006) and Big Flat (W4V/BR-009) are both accessible from the Skyline Drive of the Shenandoah National Park in W4V. SH-006 requires a modest hike (40 minutes up or so); BR-009 is in the middle of a campground that can be driven up to.
