The Black Forest (DM/BW-XXX) is a very nice Spot to go not only for SOTA activities. It is near the Border of HB9-Land so not far away from home, abt one hr by car.
It is much easier to gain 10 Points in the Black Forest as in HB9-Land where you have to go up to 2500m. This are the SOTA-rules. But this is not the only reason I like the spot.
My wife Pia likes to go for mushrooms and so I leave her alone in the forest!
Three or two hours later I pick her up and both are happy after our activities in the green. Later back home we enjoy the excellent meal…
