These files are in CSV format which can be read with Excel
I wrote a little software which gives access to these files, and sorts data.

Here I’m using Windows defender; I tested once again the file and no virus has been found.
I had some emails about the same problem for other files; it was a false positive.

I ran both the zip and extracted file through the Symantec scanner installed on all the Windows machines where I work. The definitions are dated 24th Sep and Symantec found no issues with either file.
It’s up to the user to have confidence in the virus/malware scanner they use, but it looks clean to me.
