Good luck to those with valve gear, pity I will be so far away and can’t hear it. Glad I am not lugging the batteries !
Shall go out again for an overnight camp and try out the KX3 on AM which I have never done before.
Mostly cw though am not certain how long my batteries will take the pounding from AM for too long. AM is a power greedy mode.
DX and S2S shall be looked forward to.

I am going to edit the title to include the 2nd as well, as technically this started as a "weekend"
I’ve got a quite a bit of preparation to do on Saturday with the set, as well as commuting back from Cambridge to North Wales tonight.
Hope that doesn’t offend anyone, It would be much easier as a weekend. I propose to activate on the Sunday instead.

It’s a problem with the default menu settings for AM, there are several web pages that suggest better values.

Last Time i used those, was being chased by busby a good 30 odd years ago or more.
