Hi:
I have been asked by a US radio amateur, who is planning to activate summits in EI later this year, how he can post to SOTAWatch from a cellphone: the cellphone he will be using is a simple mobile phone, not a smartphone, so he will not have internet access, nor the ability to run an App.

Is there an SMS number he can use for this, and if so, what format should the messages take?

Ask him to email me at mm0fmf AT hotmail.com and I can see what can be done. Depends on his phone being GSM/3g and capable of using the same frequencies as European phones do.
