I just activated Aztec Butte back in September and it was pretty great. I managed an FM contact with someone else in the park, and then six CW contacts in about nine minutes (pretty fast for me). I was pleasantly surprised to find I had cell phone signal up there and was able to get a spot out. Nice pictures - I’d love to get back out there and it’s only been a couple months.

Loved the blog! Canyonlands is our favorite place up there, by far.
Hoping we’ll get back up there again soon.
