This new budget ($30, £28 from Banggood) looks interesting:
He likes the sound of his voice… 2m43 and he’s still wittering away. Finally he turns it on and shows the button is difficult to use and he is unable to easily jump through the options. So he gets it setup and then still has issues with the button to select the menu.
I gave up as he was droning and and seemed to show the interface was tantamount to unusable. I’m not encouraged to try one of these.

Yes, it might be instructive to look out for more reviews to see if others found the button difficult.
