Hi,
Today I made my first SOTA CW activation on LZ/PS-006. It was not planned to be CW, but have forgotten the power supply for the IC-705 and I had only the MTR-5B as a backup rig.
The weather was not, but the activation was successful.
I would like to thank you for your patience and for the nice QSOs.

Congrats on your first CW activation! I’ve heard from a few people their first CW activation wasn’t planned, but due to missing something it was the motivation to activate. (-: I still haven’t done one, but is good encouragement as I focus again on learning… 73, James WA7JNJ

Congratulations on the first CW Activation! Forgetting the power supply just started a new chapter in your Sota Journey I hope you enjoy it and maybe one day I will have the pleasure of a s2s or chase you.
