Due to pressing family and business commitments I will be unavailable to process award claims or merchandise sales (or answer queries about them) with immediate effect.
Existing orders will be processed in as short a timescale as possible but any new orders will remain unprocessed until I return.
Other members of the Management Team will respond to really urgent enquiries related to Awards.
