Leave of absence

Due to pressing family and business commitments I will be unavailable to process award claims or merchandise sales (or answer queries about them) with immediate effect.

Existing orders will be processed in as short a timescale as possible but any new orders will remain unprocessed until I return.
Other members of the Management Team will respond to really urgent enquiries related to Awards.

I should resume normal service on, or before, Monday 27th April.

I apologise in advance for any inconconvenience this may cause

I am back in circulation again and able to handle Awards claims and merchandise sales.

Currently there is a backlog of trophy engraving with our engraver as she has just started a new job and has been unavailable for a while - items from March are in process (you know who you are) and trophy orders placed since 7 April will be handed to her next week. Otherwise, all orders place prior to 7 April have been dealt with so if you are still missing a delivery (other than a trophy) please let me know.
