Apologies to anyone who was hoping to work me on Skiddaw LD-004 this morning ( 20th Jun) but i had to pack up very quickly and desend because weather conditions became atrocious very quickly. I am back in Annan now and the sun is out and it is pleasant!!! Thanks to the stations i managed to work and also apologies to Mike, GW0DSP for not being able to work you. I heard you call but was unable to get back to you.

Hi Geoff,

I know how you feel,I have had to do that myself a number of times on welsh hills!! and as you say once you start heading down the weather gets a whole lot better. Very Frustrating!!

But as anyone will say to you The activator is in charge and knows how bad it is up there!!

Hopefully you got your four to qualify it and well done for getting back down safe.
