We have already been asked for an update and I am in the process of re-writing it.

I look forward to the “new” issue!
We always have a copy of the old pamphlet with us when out and about.
The last time it came into use was on DM/BW-047, Badener Höhe, earlier this month. We were operating from the shelter on the summit, As it was bucketing with rain, we ended up sharing with a few other people, and the pamphlet came in handy when explaining what we were up to.

If I can’t speak in that very momento due to being dealing with the pile-up, I usually wave and smile to people approaching to see what I’m doing with my SOTA kit in a Summit and provide a brief explanation of what our hobby and SOTA in particular is about, if they are still around as soon as I have finished exchanging reports with all the chasers in the pile up.
When they ask if I’m fishing, I always answer yes. Then I explain the type of fishes I’m trying to catch.
