I’m off on holiday to the Aegean again on Thursday. First stop is Santorini and then Sifnos and I’m hoping to re-activate SV/AG-028 “Prof. Ilias” (I did this one last year) on Sifnos. No date planned yet: it depends on my mood and the predicted temps. It was a mistake to do it last June as it was too hot to be safe. Hopefully it will be a bit cooler in September and I’ll make sure to get to the top much earlier in the day.
Towards the end of the trip, we are considering a few days on Milos. If so, I’ll try and activate SV/AG-030 (also Prof. Ilias).
Bands will be 40m, 20m and 2m. HF will be on the QRP calling frequencies. I’ll issue an alert the previous day with an ETA.
I think I can spot from AG-028 (can’t remember for sure). No idea about AG-030.
