Unfortunately, my Swedish beauty weighs with the befitting marble stand 3 times as much as my KX2.
That’s why I’m thinking about an always-on alternative. Does anyone have experience with this mini key from the Far East? I’m afraid this will take a toll on my progress in straight keying.

Chris, I have no personal experience but reading the 4-, 3- and 1-star reviews on Amazon US & UK sites, several have pointed to problems with it making reliable contacts. On the other hand, most of the reviewers give it 5 stars.
One reviewer complained the key delivered had a different knob shape from the one shown in the photo. Not a trivial thing, like that reviewer I find some shapes less comfortable than others.
