Have the fishing poles gone up in price a lot very recently?

I was looking a couple weeks back at getting 5 short poles to build an antenna, and they were about a £5 each. Now they are nearly £9 each. Same vendor too.

What gives?

Hmm. the two lengths I have (8m and 10M) are the same price. but I definitely remember the ones I wanted being less.

They sold the old stock, bought new and the price changed. They’re merely passing on the price rise.
