I know it’s happened before many times, when a SOTA regular suddenly stops transmitting, either as a Chaser or Activator other participants think something is wrong - failing health, accident or a personal life crisis of some sort perhaps.
Moving QTH should count as a “personal life crisis”. It’s a stressful time and once the legal process of selling and buying another place starts its very stressful and tends to take over your whole life for several months. Hopefully next month I will have the time and strength to start digging out the 1.5 cubic metres of earth, clay and stones for my two Tennamasts - the smaller mast (7.2m plus head unit) I bought as used in January, from a guy in Doncaster. That is for VHF, and my original 8 year old larger mast will support my HF and 4m/6m Yagi’s. I heard a rumour that Tennamast in Ayr, were closing the business - that’s not the case. I bought some spares from them last week, including a ground socket for my 10.7m Tennamast. Good service indeed.
I had to pack up my temporary station last Friday as the mast and some gear were needed to run a special event station last weekend (GB400SCA) for Scarborough ARS, but I set up again yesterday using a different mast to work Luk LA/DD1LD/P (very good signal from Luk) on a summit in Norway on 40m, and also get going again on FT8 as I needed to work Franz Josef Land for a MATNO on FT8 - they were very easy to work on 17m and 20m on a dipole with 70 watts, albeit we have a good path from the UK into the Arctic.

My thought when reading your update was that while your builder is constructing your new shack inside the garage, you could do a “oh, while you are here…” and get the mast bases dug. There’s enough for you to do setting up the station… I’ve not completed mine and I’ve lived here 33 years. 
All the best for getting this project sorted. Keep well and take care of yourself. Hopefully speak to you on 2m SSB again from a summit once you are back in business.
