I will come to Friedrichshafen one day in advance, so the SOTA day will be Thursday, 26th of June. I have all the day planned for SOTA, so there’s no hurry, we can make all the 3 summits starting from morning. Most probable I will go on activation with a friend, YO2LRK Sergiu, and will use my portable equipment. If you are interested to come with us, you are very welcomed. The same for any other possible SOTA activator. Maybe we can meet on the camping near Messe the evening before (wednesday evening)? I was wondering how your walk was going.
EVERYONE Volker will have walked 800km to Friedrichshafen from his home.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to get down on Thursday to take part in the activations near Friedrichshafen but I intend to head out to a closer summit to here (Weichberg DL/AL-179) to be able to give Sorin and his group an S-2-S contact.
