Are there a Band or Freq. plan for Cw and SSb on HF?

Hi Finn

There are no official “SOTA Frequencies” but there are places where you are likely to find activity. For example on CW 7.032MHz is popular. Keep an eye on the spots at SOTAwatch and you will discover the favourite frequencies on your bands of interest.
