Back in the day 11 or so years ago VK3WAM got Mountain Goat on CW with a qrp cw rig and a end fed random wire. SOTA was not so well known in vk then and he would have to sit out on the summits for ages just to find 4 QSO’s. As his following got greater he was ok but he was very brave in those early times to only have CW mode.
