Thank you for the qso and the video. I made a short video of your activation in my shack, propagation was poor so the sound quality is poor in the video. I will try and upload the video to youtube over the weekend for you.

Great film Roger - I love the soundtrack - an extended version of a song I recognise. Could you tell us what the music is? I would like it in my CD collection.
Sorry to see the flag flying away, I couldn’t tell if you got it back as it was featured a lot later in your video, was that another flag or earlier film of the flag which took flight?
I wish I could make a u-tube film of an activation like yours but I would not know where to start!

It is really quite easy to make a basic video. You don’t even need a video camera. All mine were made with a standard digital camera that will take 30 second video clips (most will). It is then simple to edit using Windows Moviemaker - free software that comes with Windows (look in the accessories folder from the Start menu).

Yes, I found my flag about 200 meters from summit. So lucky !

As soon as I am fit enough to climb again I hope to make a film, now that I know I have the software and camera for it already.
