The plan was to activate F/AB-356 Pointe de Nyon 2019 m today. The road from Morzin was closed however and that would have meant carrying skis for about an hour. Instead I decided to ski on the Avoriaz ski station, which is of course already closed. I was not sure if I would go also to the summit of Les Hauts Forts 2466 m. The snow limit on the north face is still at 1550 m. There was a group of three skiers in front of me and they went up to the summit. I followed their tracks and finally reached the summit. It was already noon and snow starts to become soft from the surface. I did not want to stay too long and did very short activation this time on 30 m only. Thanks to GQ3WSX for spotting.
