After several days activating summits in France, today we ascended to Puigmal, located on the line of border summits of Spain and France.
The starting point has been from the Puigmal de Err ski resort, located on the French side of the mountain.
All this has produced confusion when putting the activation notices, where we put F / EA4DOS / P and F / EA4DON / P, when the correct callsign is EA4DON / P and EA4DOS / P, since the activation zone is located in Spanish space .

The activation zone is in both France and Spain. The larger activation zone is in Spain which is why this summit is in a Spanish association. The correct prefix depends on where you were located when activating. F/EA4DON/P could be entirely valid.
France is shown highlighted in Yellow.

Alejandro, thank you for the contact today, do not worry as Andy says it is valid, although it is not referenced in France, if on the Spanish side, so everything is correct, I take advantage of the town SALLAGOUSSE address LLó in the coll finestrelles hot springs and its summit is jack take advantage of it .

Thank you for the precise information provided, which is very useful to point out that by withdrawing a bit from a highly visited summit, and protecting ourselves somewhat from the wind on the stones of a bivouac, we clearly disdain the Spanish side of the activity area.
Therefore the correct call sign would be EA4DON / P.
We will have more attention in similar situations.

Friend Daniel, great joy to make the contact from Puigmal, because since you have been the first activator, it provides you with a complete summit if you do not already have it.
We know the hot springs, since we have been climbing Capcir and Ariege for many years now.
