Hi,
half an hour after leaving my job I started Eastern Holidays having a fast meal and getting ready to do an afternoon activation.
I left home after chasing OK1DVM -TNX Miro- and quickly grabbed my sota rucksack.
When I arrived in the summit I discovered I had forgotten my CW key.
Doh! I’m sorry for that! Promise I’ll prepare some sort of emergency mini key that I’ll permanently put in my rucksack. Time to think on a design… I recall some tiny key assembled on an 3,5 mm audio jack. I have to browse for it.
Anyway I much enjoyed the activation that made me pass 400 activator points, with 90 qso in the log including 6 USA DX.
Thanks EA2DT for alerting me that I should better move upwards on 21 MHz in order to fit within the USA bandplan.

Close to end I decided to try a Split Cross mode and I announced calling on 14.135 SSB while listening split on 14.064 CW.
This way I got a call from DJ5AV. Thanks Michael, interesting mode
