Database problem

Hi all,
I’m having problems getting into the database to log some activations.
My username was accepted but the password wasn’t, no problem thinks I…just click the ‘forgotten password’ button.

The problem is that I have not received an email containing my new password. I know the address is correct as it refused to accept another one, I know the email account is ok as I have received other mail since. I have tried this on more than one occasion on more than one day…

Any ideas? If not I’ll email Gary, though I was hoping not to bother him.

Each time I have entered any activator or chaser claims into the database over the last few days it has shown a message to the effect of “your entry has been received but, due to a problem with our ISP, you will not receive an e-mail confirming this”. I suspect that it is also unable to send out e-mails confirming your password. That direct e-mail seems appropriate in the circumstances.
