I got sad news QSP de OE3MHU, Chris went sk on Feb. 6th.
We met several times, had lots of QSOs with sota, OE-emergency net and 2 m FM ragchew.
Of particular note are the valuable tips he gave me when I commenced my work as OE/NO RM.
Chris was a rare example of an OM being 100% cut from the “ham-cloth”.
Thinking of his wife and family in this dark hour.
I imagine, he will listen to our QSOs from where he is now. R.I.P. Chris

My sincere condolences. I was allowed to hear Christian a few times in a QSO. To his wife and family much strength in this sad time.

I did not realise he was missing Sota for 1 year.

Twice I had SOTA QSOs with Christian on 30m, being one of those S2S, and I thank him very much for that.
Our last QSO was in May 2020.
