This summit was on my must do list this year, and while windy during a summer evening…it turned out to be a great activation on 40m band using KX2 and Wolf RIver Coil vertical antenna. It was the first summit I really appreciated having a vertical antenna due to small summit area on a popular tourist summit viewpoint. Highly recommend the summit, and stopped many times along the trail to enjoy the views! 73, James WA7JNJ
