I learned the hard way that this type of battery pack is not very nice for radio work. They contain DC-DC converters which generate QRM. I didn’t have this exact model but it looks very similar. A ferrite ring in the power lead helps a lot but I was never able to eliminate the noise completely.

To be fair though, other people have had them and reported no problems.

I’d be very wary of anything with variable output voltage. The last thing you want on a summit is a power supply which radiates broadband hash.

I have one of the above and yes if it sits on the top of the radio you get qrm or run the coax near it, 6" away and no problem, great battery but costly. Mainly main use it is for the PC and phone when camping, but its handy for sota
