Saturday, April 28, will be the 19th annual QRPTTF, QRP To The Field, (low key) contest activity. This year to help spread information about and generate participation in SOTA, it is featured in the event.
European participation is highly encouraged! You can participate as either a Chaser or an Activator. Activity will be on the typical QRP CW frequencies such as 14.060 and 21.060 +/-. You must be QRP to “score” in QRPTTF, but you can participate QRO without sending in a score if you prefer.
How is SOTA “featured?” SOTA is the “theme” this year. SOTA peaks worked will be added such that the scoring multiplier is states+provinces+countries+SOTA peaks, making every SOTA peak that is active a unique multiplier!
Chasers can work any QRPTTF participant, and while doing so will find extra SOTA hills being activated this day.
Activators will find in addition to their usual Chasers, all QRPTTF participants chasing them. You may also find plenty of S-2-S possibilities as well.

Chasers send: RST + (state or province or country) + NAME
Activators send: RST + (state or province or country) + SOTA ID
Contest time: April 28 at 1500z - 0300z April 29. You will find most North American SOTA operations will occur between 1500z and 2400z on April 28.
