I had to look that one up as I was thinking of the Angry 9. I do like the GRC-19’s power draw of 45A at 24-28V :slight_smile: The picture I saw just on the interwebz showed one in the back of a Jeep. So did Jeeps have 24V electrics? Or where there 12 and 24V models depending on use?

Great job with the PRC2000.
i use the sister radio, PRC319, it has the same 3rd Method of SSB generation (The Weaver method).
It was built at MEL in 1989. 50W with a counterpoise.
