Yes, Andy; many thanks for that. Glad to catch you again. Unsurprisingly it was the only GM s2s as I was so cold by noon that I decided to pack up. SS-094 was one of the very few hills in the area that we ran out of time and energy to activate. A few more nearer Moffat so maybe we shall have another go sometime.
Currently making plans for the smaller hills near Inverness. We did a lot of the larger ones many years ago and know we now lack the strength do do them for SOTA. Hope to catch you then.

Brilliant reports and fantastic photos. I remain utterly jealous that you guys did this, this week - and I didn’t!
Colin @M1BUU has made me wonder what my mode breakdown from activations is - as I do like to use as many different modes as I can in most activations!

Considering my favourite mode is CW, and I am keen on datamodes, I am slightly surprised that 60% of my activating is on phone. Probably because of VHF contesting!

Hi Rod,
GM/CS-096 is a good option for that area as well.
There’s a wind farm track to within 20 yards of the trig point and good views over the Kessock bridge and Moray Firth for a one hour walk up.
