It is worth knowing about this planned Pan American (South) weekend.
Not sure if the various AM have contacted @HI8GP but, with current propagation conditions could be quite an event.

Guys in Costa Rica, Argentina and other latinamerican countries came up with this idea, after the success of the Brazilian SOTA Weekend in the last two years, to concentrate activations on April, 15th and 16th 2023. It’s a great idea and we need help from the community to spread the word all over the planet.
We’d also appreciate if our colleagues in USA and Canada join us as activators as well, so we will have a true Pan American event!
The idea is pretty simple: just invite activators all over America (from north to shouth) to make their activations/expedictions on these days, insert the alerts in SOTA Watch and have fun!!!
No complicate contest rules, just go out and up and experience the pure SOTA emotions!
