Tried a more dramatic summit last summer for my 100th unique summit attempt (McClellan Butte W7W/KG-080), but turned around due to last scramble to get in the activation zone. (-: The 100th ended up being a local easier summit, which I previously wasn’t as clear about how to access. Turned out to be a nice February day in Washington State, and appreciated the 15 QSO’s on 2m, 70cm, 20m, and 40m!
