VO-068 & VO-027 today

Very strong and cold wind today on VO-068 and VO-027.

Tryed PSK on 10130… nobody…!
Then CW with home call and club call; not easy to key with frozen fingers…
Always the same aligator french guy…

Then I lost my way in dark woods to go back to my car… walked abt 1 hour more…!
Next time, I will bring my GPS !

300km to drive to go back home.

A nice common SOTA day !

did you download the film of your trafic ?

When it is cold I use very fine silk gloves.
You can find them at Decathlon. It does not disturd the keying.

Merci pour les QSOs les amis;
Pas de vidéo cette fois-ci; seulement quelques photos sans intérêt (pour éventuellement prouver ma présence au sommet) des sapins, des nuages gris, une table d’orientation au sommet de VO-068. Bref, rien à voir avec les Alpes ou les Pyrénées.
Vivement dans 3 semaines…!

Hi, Alain, I looked for you on PSK but couldn’t see you, there were several strong PSK stations and one was spreading badly and might have covered you.

Hi Joska,

I was very surprised to find a very desolated forest and mountain. Not usual in France. There were no bear there… and saw no animal, no bird, brrr… what a sad place. Fortunatly, chaser (SOTA chasers) were on air, so I was not alone!
