To celebrate reaching 5 years of SOTA on 1st of September we are encouraging vk2 activators to “go forth and activate” on the weekend of 1-2 September. Weather is improving as September marks the start of Spring.
In Australia the 2nd of September is Fathers’ Day. This will possibly be a reason some activators will not be out on 2nd Sept. Family first!
But an increased number may well be out on summits at the end of Saturday the 1st around 0600-0800 utc.
Let’s hope for some propagation.
