Updated Associations - 1 October

While there are no new associations for this month, a number of changes to existing associations have been pushed effective 1 October:

In Japan:

  • JA5 - approximately 200 new summits, plus updated names for existing summits
  • JA6 - approximately 330 new summits, plus updated names for existing summits
  • JA8 - approximately 75 new summits, plus updated names for existing summits

In New Zealand:

  • ZL9 - New region, ZL9/AN, Antipodes Islands, for those who like their SOTA sub-Antarctic (this region is starting 1 November)

Due to the convergence of celestial forces beyond human comprehension, the JA5 data was latitude & longitude reversed. :wink:

The correct JA5 data is now in place. If you have updated any apps / programs by importing summitslist.csv then you should do that again after 0800UTC tomorrow 7-Oct-2016.
