Hello,
on Saturday morning (march the 3rd) I’ll head towards the summit of Erga EA2/NV-078, together with Santi, EA2BSB.
This will be the first time I do an activation together with him and this summit has never been activated on HF before, so we expect a lot of fun from the summit.
While Santi will carry his two monoband mobile whips (14 & 21 MHz) with which he has experienced a lot of success during his latest activations, I’ll complete the antenna field with my random wire fishpole.
We’ll try to maximize the chances for chasers by activating together on CW and SSB.
I’ll try starting 7 MHz CW whereas he’ll do it in 14MHz SSB as a starter. Hope WX will be good enough to have a long activation.
If our batt lasts enough maybe we’ll try 7-SSB in the end.
We are both happy to find in the same area an activator with which sharing SOTA, so we’ll have this special event as a particular way of celebrating the 10th Sota aniversary.
