To promote more activity from the South East United States in the southern Appalachian mountains regions the southern Appalachian SOTA facebook page is sponsoring this activity day and will hand out certificates to any activators that can make 3 S2S’s from the following associations GA,AL,KY,TN,Carolinas and VA also VHF endorsement as well which requires 3 S2S’s and for chasers that can work three of the associations in GA,AL,Carolinas,TN, KY and VA will be recognized also with VHF endorsement on the certificate If you are from these states you can email me at ac4m (at) live.com also on QRZ.com to let me know you have achieved these no later than September 10th.
