Apologies to those trying packet on FA on Sunday. As soon as we got the laptop etc set up the heavens opened and the screen was obscured by rain drops!
Managed to tuck the computer under a rock overhang but this involved operating while kneeling on all fours facing into the wind and rain. Band condx were very poor but managed some bits of a QSO with Peter M0COP and saw Alisair in the water fall yet again. Condx so bad we went to 40 to find an SSB station calling CQ contest on the PSK channel. Gave up! We will try again.
