Under the expert guidance of brother-in-law Sake, PA0SKP we visited Terlet (PA-005) last Friday (17-06-2015). Using his neat KX-3 (and my straigt key of course) I did my first CW activation on 20- and 40 meters. Lots of fun, lovely weather and observed by a milion ants I had a great time. Not addicted yet, but I sure like to repeat this. 73 from

Don’t let your present state of denial stop you from building/buying your own QRP transceiver for SOTA right now. Avoid the sweaty desperation that is sure to set in when you suddenly realize you’re hooked on SOTA, but have no kit.
