If you want to use the paper that you were given, I could photocopy a print-out of the logsheet for you to try out. If you want to send me a few sheets in an A4 envelope (QTHR) and email me the logsheet file (mail_at_meridianhouse_dot_freeserve_dot_co_dot_uk), then I’d willingly do this.
